Summary:
Conduct company-wide new hire orientation and ongoing trainings offered Assess and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Effectively manage assigned and appropriate duties within the HR Department and convenience store training facilities Responsible for culture building and development of the Family Express Living Brand General Purpose:
Maintain behavior consistent with the Family Express vision and mission.
Primary focus is on the execution of our state of the art orientation program.
Maintain culture building and development of the Family Express Living Brand by observing all aspects of the company's human resources and the human resource department, consistent with the corporate vision and mission.
Provide assistance to human resources and its programs and policies.
Role
Qualifications:
Must work in one (or more) Family Express stores for a minimum of three months Possess expertise in the area of development, implementation and management of progressive training programs Be able to effectively and professionally interact with Family Express personnel, the community, industry, customers and vendors.
Possess previous experience in Human Resources, training, teaching, or related field Essential Skills and
Experience:
Maintain accountability for the performance of each trainee in accordance with our mission and vision statements Develop, implement and manage all human resource related training programs, manuals, policies and documentation necessary to meet continually our standards of total customer satisfaction Maintain a complete understanding of company operations Communicates effectively with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for tams and individuals Use known education principles and stay up-to date on new training methods and techniques Maintain accountability for all training conducted at all organizational levels Prepare quarterly turnover reports and submit to appropriate staff.

Experience:
2-4 year college degree Experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Teacher, or similar role Previous retail experience Microsoft Office experience Reporting To This Position:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for prolonged periods; work longer than eight (8) hour shifts, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch; talk and hear; taste and smell.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
Work Environment:
Must have flexibility to work, all days of the week, when necessary, along with holidays and evenings.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
