The FOH Dining Manager oversees, directs, and coordinates the planning, organizing, training of the FOH team to achieve key objectives including service quality, food quality, employee retention, cleanliness, and sanitation.
The position will require management responsibilities, in addition to the typical role as a server when needed.
The position will require full-time availability, days, special events and some holidays.
