COMMERCIAL LINES CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Job Description & Responsibilities We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time Commercial Lines Client Service Representative for our Valparaiso, LaPorte, or Michigan City location.
The position works closely with our agents and other team members to provide exceptional customer service our clients.
Responsibilities include:
Processing client policy change requests Verifying phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each client Explaining insurance coverage and updating policies Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
