Exempt POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for working closely with all levels of the organization.
This position carries out the responsibility in all functional areas in Human Resources and as a HR Liaison.
GENERAL PURPOSE Maintain culture building and development of the Family Express Living Brand by observing all aspects of the company's Human Resources and the Human Resource department, consistent with the Family Express vision and mission.
Aids all levels of the company, adhering to all department policies and procedures.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, to support our stores and all levels of the organization.
Be able to interact with Family Express personnel, the community, industry, customers, and vendors effectively and professionally.
Possess previous experience in Human Resources or related field.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Acts as an HR Liaison to assigned territories and/or departments Monitor associate morale and company culture Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to associates and management Develop and maintain performance management processes Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments Assists in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes throughout the organization Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute Human Resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources, talent management, and employment law Responsible for the management of risk within all layers of the company, including reporting, serving as back-up to the 24-hour incident line, and minimizing financial impact Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, associates, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Assist with all functions of payroll processing Other duties as assigned by supervisor ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
