Primary areas of function are cash management and accounts payable.
Cash management duties include posting payments received in daily mail, assisting students and parents at the cashier window and assisting with bank statements.
It also includes posting various reports and updating spreadsheets.
For Accounts Payable the duties would include posting blanket purchase order invoices, processing check requests and travel reimbursements, helping with our check runs when needed, and sorting the daily mail.
There is some flexibility around days and times that might work best for the applicant.
