Essential Functions:
1.
Process new memberships and process program registrations; maintain a high level of confidentiality with regard to all personal and financial aspects.
2.
Respond to inquiries/requests as per department guidelines.
This includes but is not limited to contacting department staff for department-specific issues.
3.
Process retail sales.
4.
Maintain facility key box; notify supervisor immediately when any key is unaccounted.
5.
Maintain cash box and balance shifts.
6.
Adhere to work schedule and primary substitute for others when needed.
7.
Perform opening and/or closing procedures as required and outlined in department guidelines.
8.
Follow emergency procedures and safety precautions.
Follow procedures for reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards.
9.
Adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations as outlined in employee handbook and other communications.
Obtain and maintain required training(s).
10.
Accept additional assignments as deemed appropriate, within the scope of the job description.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute.
Physical Requirements:
Physical ability and stamina to perform the duties as outlined above, including but not limited to extended periods of sitting, and standing; bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
