As a Front of House member, you will be responsible for monitoring a zone in a fast paced environment, as well as provide excellent service to all patrons.
You should enjoy helping and interacting with people, as you will work alongside other front of house staff to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
The goal is to ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, whether it be from our Hosts and Hostesses or from one of our knowledgeable chefs.
In this job, you will be expected to clean tables, fill drinks and take orders while maintaining an organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a positive, engaging and friendly experience for all customers.
Assist manager in the team's performance.
Communicate and assist customers with menu options and specials.
Handle the dining room floor by greeting guests, seating parties and assisting with orders.
Oversee the bar area by preparing orders, serving food and drinks, bartending and performing any cleaning duties as needed.
Ensure all customers are satisfied at all times.
Adhere to all health, safety and cleaning regulations.
Maintain all equipment in tip-top condition, including glasses, cutlery and crockery.
Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained at all times.
Complete tasks with a high level of accuracy, quality and punctuality.
