What You Bring to the TablePrevious management or leadership experience preferredCustomer service experience preferredAbility to deliver an uncommon experience to our guests and team membersLead the restaurant with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanlinessRecognize team members for a job well-done each shiftDelegate responsibilities to your team of rock stars and ensure they exceed the expectations of each guestOwn open, mid, or close routines for your shift and setting the next shift up for successExcellent guest service skills and the ability to communicate efficiently Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 poundsNight, weekend, and holiday availability is a plusMust be at least 18 years old (great job for teenagers!)
