- Assist attorneys with file management, including organizing and maintaining client files - Draft & proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Prepare legal correspondence - Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Perform clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents - Utilize document management systems to store and retrieve legal documents - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members - Conduct data entry tasks to update client information
Experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Proficient in using document management systems and other legal software - Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in legal documents - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and gain valuable experience in the field.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
