We are a 100% employee-owned, growth oriented company that has over 50 years of experience servicing the professional contractor, the remodeling contractor and Do-It-Yourself customers.
Job Duties:
Meeting with customers in our showroom Creating orders for walk-in and phone-in customers Assisting customers with pricing, product and delivery information Qualify customer needs to find the correct product or service for their project Creating project quotes for customers Specifying, pricing, and ordering special order products Maintain good knowledge of all Von Tobel Lumber products and services Stocking products and maintaining sales floor displays Job Requirements:
Time management:
the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Be Detail oriented and self-motivated Excellent listening skills and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in mobile, pc and internet technologies Strong analytical and cognitive skills with ability to solve problems Successful candidate must be a self-motivated team player with strong communication and math skills along with having a commitment to excellent customer service 2-3 years of Hardware/ Building Materials Sales experience preferred Windows, doors and decking product knowledge preferred Dedicated to learning new products and applications We provide a competitive compensation and benefit package.
