EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Previous maintenance, security and/or janitorial experience, preferably for retirement community, long-term care facility or apartment complex.
Working knowledge of floor and/or carpet maintenance and equipment; high school graduate preferred.
Must be able to learn correct procedures/schedules, follow those procedures/schedules and to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess a valid State of Indiana driver's license; have reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance.
