Experience is needed in payroll, QuickBooks, billing and being able to multi-task.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday.
Starting pay $22 an hour.
Job Summaries:
Answering the office phone, checking emails, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Checking accounts/balances, billing.
Ensure proper processing of payroll weekly with QuickBooks.
Reviewing billing statements, invoices, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Communicating with others in the company.
Billing jobs that have been completed.
