Oversees and maintains the day to day operations for physician practice operations
which are to develop, maintain and evaluate an environment that supports the professional staff and patients. Effectively intercedes with staff, patients, family and ancillary agencies and resolves concerns related to the delivery of health care services. Interacts with physicians and nurse practitioners in order to promote necessary feedback required for maintaining and meeting the needs of the patients and the community.
Associates or Bachelor''s Degree in health care related field from an accredited university or college
2 years of experience in a multi-physician office setting
2 years of supervisory and/or management experience preferably in health care
Strong finance, computer and communication skills
Preferred applicant will possess:
3 years of experience in a multi-physician office setting
3 years of supervisory and/or management experience preferably in health care
Current IN Registered Nurse License
CPR certification
