Summary:
Manage the execution of the Major Project''''s Transmission, Distribution, Storage Improvement Charge (TDSIC) projects, specifically the Project Management, Construction Management and Project Engineering groups. The position provides information to the group that tracks and forecasts the department TDSIC Capital spend. Identifies and helps develop potential projects proposed by various stakeholders. The position helps to identify and develop potential project through teams of various stakeholders, both internal and external to the corporation. Then help develop scopes of work, schedules, budgets, estimate databases, and risk identification & response schedules for various projects related to TDSIC. Manage both internal and external engineering groups and consulting firms to develop engineering studies, as necessary, and lead evaluations of the results of such studies. Actively participate in the corporation''''s asset management programs to ensure the proper utilization of the corporation''''s assets. Coordinate communication of all project management updates to the Vice president and Director of TDSIC Execution.
The Manager of TDSIC Execution will coordinate department and external resources to support the TDSIC projects workload. The Manager of TDSIC Execution will ensure all Project Managers are focusing on the overall orchestration of a project per the guidelines of PMI. This is all inclusive of safety, scope, schedule, costs, quality, etc. The focus of the Project Manager will be Contract Administration, legal exposure, stakeholder satisfaction and overall project integration.
The Manager of TDSIC Execution will work with members of the project team such as the Construction Coordinator, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Safety Coordinator to ensure the projects scope is being reached while safety, budget and quality are not compromised.
The Manager of TDSIC Execution will actively participate in development and tracking of internally supported Regulatory information. The Manager of TDSIC Execution will help assemble and file Regulatory responses concerning capital project development, capital project execution and Regulatory recovery with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor and all other interveners.
The Manager of TDSIC Execution will ensure integration with Project Management, Project Engineering, Project Scheduling, Project Cost Control, Construction Managers and the other TDSIC related groups.
Responsibilities:
Manage Project Managers utilizing and enforcing PMI and PMBOK standards and systems
Manage Project Managers, Construction Managers and Project Engineers to help develop project estimates, budgets, preliminary schedules, risk identification, and scope
Define and administer Project Manager, Construction Managers and Project Engineers resources required to effectively execute TDSIC Projects
Coordinate business planning and Asset Management processes with TDSIC Stakeholders to ensure that utilization of the company''''s assets are maximized
Provide guidance and timely, relative and quantifiable information to the director in order for balanced decision-making with regards to project selection and budgeting
Maintain industry, regulatory and economic knowledge in order to ensure alignment of corporate strategies with the current business environment
Supports the preparation of corporate financial reports
Support the preparation of various reports (i.e. project reprioritization, reconciliation, forecasting, and accruals, operations report, milestone report, etc.)
Display leadership and support to provide a safe work environment
Qualifications
Required:
4 year Engineering or Technical Degree, preferred
PMP Certification or shall obtain within 18 months
5 years of Project Management/Engineering Experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
